Location: All NYC boroughs – In-home/Community-based services
Compensation: [$55–$65 per 30min session]
Beanstalk Academy focuses on growing "the whole child" within our incredible early childhood education programs and now we have added a brand new early intervention program dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. We partner closely with families to deliver high-quality, individualized services in natural environments.
Position OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3). This role focuses on supporting communication development, coaching caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Provide in-home or community-based therapy sessions
- Coach and educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with service coordinators and other providers (OT, PT, etc.) Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active NYS SLP license
- Experience with early intervention or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Why Join Us?
