Senior Accounting Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing infrastructure company in Austin, TX to identify an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Manager. This organization has experienced significant growth and is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to help scale its accounting function. Responsibilities Manage and mentor members of the accounting team while helping build and scale the department to support continued organizational growth Develop, document, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a rapidly scaling organization Oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger activity Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior experience managing and developing accounting staff Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting High attention to detail Strong sense of accountability and ownership Demonstrated success improving processes, controls, and reporting functions #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
