As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients in employment law and personal injury matters. Civil Litigation Paralegals perform substantive legal work under the direction of one or more attorneys in the office. A Civil Litigation Paralegal’s primary goal is to support our Civil legal team, which mainly focuses on personal injury and employment law cases in litigation stages by conducting legal research, reviewing/analyzing/summarizing evidence, drafting memos, pleadings, motions, and orders, as well as preparing for hearings and trials.

In this role, you will coordinate case details from intake through trial and assist attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include conducting client and witness interviews, legal research, document preparation and filing, and supporting trial preparation and attendance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork.

$45,000 - $56,000 annually annual performance bonuses

• Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in building strong cases.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and orders.
• Coordinate and manage case details from intake through trial, ensuring seamless progression.
• Prepare and organize evidence and exhibits for hearings and trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather essential information and insights for case development.
• File legal documents promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with court deadlines.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place for success in court.

• Experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury and employment law, is essential.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and orders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage case details from intake through trial, ensuring seamless progression.
• Ability to prepare and organize evidence and exhibits for hearings and trials with accuracy and completeness.
• Experience in interviewing clients and witnesses to gather essential information and insights for case development.
• Proficiency in filing legal documents promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with court deadlines is required.
