Data Integrity Specialist (Administrative Assistant)

POSITION TYPE:
Onsite


SCHEDULE:
Part-Time | 3-4 days per week | Approximately 4 hours per day (12-16 hours/week)
Monday-Friday
Flexible schedule between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM
Preference for 3-4 hour shifts across 3-4 weekdays


CONTRACT TYPE:
Temporary assignment for a one-time data cleanup project with the potential to extend based on business needs.

IMPORTANT CALL OUTS
*Part-time onsite opportunity with the Riverside Foundation.
*This position supports the Foundation and focuses on donor data, not patient records.
*Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or another donor/fundraising CRM is strongly preferred.
*Strong attention to detail and database accuracy are essential.
*One-time donor database cleanup project with the potential to extend based on business needs.


IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*Experience working in a nonprofit development office, Foundation, fundraising, donor relations, stewardship, advancement, alumni relations, or membership organization.
*Experience maintaining donor or constituent databases, performing database cleanup, record validation, duplicate resolution, and data integrity activities.
*Experience with Raiser's Edge is highly preferred. Candidates with experience using other donor management CRMs (DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Neon CRM, Virtuous, etc.) or strong transferable CRM/database experience will also be considered.
*Comfortable working independently while managing high-volume donor records with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.


EXPERIENCE:
*Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in data entry, database management, administrative support, or records management.
*Experience maintaining and updating high-volume electronic records with exceptional accuracy.
*Experience reviewing, validating, and correcting database records.
*Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.


CERTIFICATIONS:
None required.


TECHNICAL SKILLS:
*Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
*Experience working with CRM or database systems.
*Blackbaud Raiser's Edge experience strongly preferred.
*Experience with donor management platforms such as DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Neon CRM, Virtuous, or similar CRM/database systems is highly desired.
*Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Perform high-volume donor database cleanup and maintenance activities.
*Review donor and constituent records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
*Update, validate, and maintain donor information within the Foundation's CRM/database.
*Identify, research, and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
*Maintain data integrity to support fundraising, stewardship, reporting, and operational initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with organizational confidentiality standards and data governance procedures.
*Support Foundation staff by maintaining reliable, accurate, and organized donor records.
*Assist with reporting projects by ensuring accurate constituent data.
*Complete assigned database maintenance projects independently and within established timelines.
*Perform other administrative and database-related duties as assigned.
