The Opportunity

We are hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Representative to help homeowners identify roofing issues, provide professional inspections, and guide customers through the roof replacement process.

This is a field-based role where you will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, create estimates, and manage projects through completion.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors while building relationships with homeowners.

Roofing experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate with strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential roof inspections to identify damage or replacement needs
• Meet with homeowners to explain roofing systems and project options
• Generate estimates and proposals for roofing projects
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable
• Track leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software
• Manage projects through installation and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and referral partners
• Maintain professional communication throughout the entire project lifecycle

What the Job is Really Like

This position is not a desk job.

You will be:

• Working in the field
• Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Meeting homeowners at their properties
• Managing multiple projects at once
• Building relationships and closing sales

Compensation

• 30-Day Training Pay
• 10% Commission on Project Revenue
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• Sales Contests and Incentives
• Opportunity for Company Vehicle Based on Performance

Expected earnings range from $60,000 to $120,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Top performers can exceed this range.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Sales experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commute to Hickory, NC
• Ability to work full-time (40–50 hours per week)
