Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Outpatient)

Salary Range $65,000 – $73,125 Educational Requirements Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Certification (ANCC) preferred, but not required. Required Experience Psychiatric nursing experience required (BSN: Minimum 1 year, ADN: Minimum 3 years). Previous experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred. Must demonstrate proficiency using computers and electronic devices necessary for documentation and care delivery. Certification / License Requirements Current RN licensure (in good standing). ANCC Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification preferred, but not mandatory. Duties & Responsibilities Provide nursing services to assigned consumers in accordance with Pathways policies and procedures. Support consumers receiving medications by collaborating with and assisting prescribers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, following established care plans. Serve individuals across the lifespan—children, youth, adults, and elderly—with physical and mental health needs. Perform all other duties as outlined in the current official job description.
