Overview Assistant Controller – Real Estate & Multi-Entity Operations A growing, diversified organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations across a multi-entity structure, including real estate investments, property management and development activities. MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXP Compensation $120-150K DOE + Performance bonus Benefits & Environment Standard Holidays 100% in office 90% Employee paid benefits Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead month-end and year-end close processes Post and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and intercompany balances Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance Oversee rent rolls, tenant billings, and CAM reconciliations Review AP/AR and security deposit activity Reconcile property system data to the general ledger Track capital expenditures, CIP, and asset capitalization Support acquisitions, dispositions, and lender reporting Qualifications Real estate accounting experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
