What You'll Do

• Operate a concrete coring machine to produce products that meet customer and quality specifications.
• Read and interpret production schedules, work orders, drawings, and measurements.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor coring equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.

What You'll Need

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and accurately follow measurements and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, climbing, and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed to support production.
• Experience operating saws, drills, coring equipment, or other manufacturing machinery.

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
