Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to:Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant programCurrent CNA certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceWho we are:Devonshire Care Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
