Be part of a **collaborative, growth-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable** team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You'll Make a Difference*** Partner with business leaders and employees to drive talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple sites.* Coordinate and implement Human Resources programs including performance management, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, and organizational design.* Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on Human Resources policies, practices, and employee relations matters.* Lead employee relations investigations and support the resolution of workplace concerns while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.* Collaborate with Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits teams to execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.* Coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, employee development, team performance, and workplace culture.* Support organizational changes, workforce transitions, communication strategies, and change management initiatives.* Ensure compliance with global and local Human Resources processes while adapting programs to meet business needs within established guidelines.* Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance organizational performance and employee experience.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations and talent management.* Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.* Experience influencing business leaders and driving organizational change in a matrixed environment.* Ability to build trusted relationships and provide sound judgment on complex people-related matters.* Experience supporting multiple locations and diverse employee populations.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.* Experience working within a shared services model; Workday experience is preferred.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.**How Would You Stand Out?*** Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.* Professional certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.* Demonstrated experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, or culture transformation initiatives.**Why Choose Us?*** Competitive compensation and comprehensive health, wellness, retirement, and time-off benefits.* Hybrid work environment designed to support collaboration and flexibility based on business needs.* Opportunities for career growth, professional development, and continuous learning.* Inclusive and diverse workplace where employees are encouraged to contribute, innovate, and grow.* Exposure to global teams and cross-functional partnerships across a leading international organization.* A purpose-driven culture fueled by Making Joy through science, creativity, and heart.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
