Technical Project Manager, Product Development

Salary: $64,700 - 84,000 per year Requirements:

• Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, or AATCC testing standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of textiles, antimicrobial technologies, conductive materials, or similar industries is preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems is preferred.

• We track project progress, action items, and timelines across multiple development programs.
• We coordinate activities between R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales, suppliers, and testing laboratories.
• We gather information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• We support material sourcing, bills of materials, and cost analysis.
• We take ownership of assigned product development projects.
• We coordinate and manage product testing with external laboratories.
• We support antimicrobial and conductive performance testing programs.
• We maintain certification records, test reports, and technical documentation.
• We manage product samples and help projects move efficiently through development.
• We review test results and flag potential concerns related to product claims or requirements.
• We support management of R&D testing budgets.
• We process purchases and coordinate vendor payments with Finance.

We are seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager to help coordinate development and testing across our antimicrobial, wellness, and conductive materials businesses. This role offers direct exposure to senior R&D leadership, broad involvement in product development, testing, and commercialization, technical training and development opportunities, and a visible impact within our team. We offer starting pay of $64,700 to $84,000 annually based on experience, weekly pay, full benefits beginning the first of the month after hire, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a $2,000 to $4,000 health reimbursement account, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability coverage, FSA and voluntary insurance options, 401(k) with company match after 6 months, and 11 paid holidays plus PTO.
