What Youll Do:
- Partner with patients to restore mobility, function, and independence
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery
- Focus on safety, strength, flexibility, and long-term wellness

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for patient care and improving lives at home
