Job Summary:
The operating room registered nurse in Raleigh, North Carolina, provides competent clinical nursing care aligned with professional standards within the surgical environment. Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA or ARC); ACLS certification (AHA or ARC); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification completed through AWHONN or GE (required)
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous labor and delivery experience; ability to circulate for C-sections and triage for OB
• Additional Requirements: Must have previous labor and delivery experience; free parking provided
• Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, patient education, care implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on complex obstetric cases and fetal monitoring
