Leading the expansion of business within the General Business segment, the full-time salaried Texas Regional Sales Manager will drive strategy, exceed sales targets, and foster teamwork while managing a team of Account Executives. Key responsibilities Develop comprehensive knowledge of the technology platform, product messaging, and competitor landscape Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by driving sales methodology and leading by example Establish collaborative relationships with the Open Source community and partner ecosystems to enhance customer experience Required qualifications Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, technical sales environment Strong SaaS sales leadership experience Established executive-level relationships with key accounts Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Experience in scaling high-velocity sales functions
