Business Development Manager

Salary Estimate: $77,459.20 - $116,230.40 / year Job Summary The Business Development Manager for Cancer Care in the HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's organization supports the mission to optimize the quality of life for patients by expanding services beyond traditional medical care to address whole‑person needs. The role works with the Director of Business Development to uncover business opportunities, develop business plans, create presentations, organize planning meetings with physicians, research program details, and manage projects to implement new or expanded oncology services. The manager partners with marketing to develop strategies and tactics that drive growth and collaborates with Hematology Oncology staff and physicians to resolve operational issues and grow programs, while identifying and implementing strategies to increase community awareness of PSL Cancer Care programs. Qualifications Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required, RN preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a clinical discipline. Experience: Minimum of three years in the healthcare industry. Special Qualifications: Must understand market analysis, market share data, cancer disease progress, financial and operational statistics; excellent communication and organizational skills; and ability to build strong working relationships with physicians.
