Overview Registered Nurse – Hospice in Grand Junction, Colorado, United States. Travel - temporary assignment starting 09/08/2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,799–$1,938. Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (3x12-hour rotating). This assignment occurs in an in-patient hospice setting that provides comprehensive end-of-life care in a home-like environment. Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor changes, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues about goals of care and treatment options. Educate patients and caregivers on symptoms, medications, safety, and end-of-life planning. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records accurately and timely. Support emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and families; facilitate family involvement in care decisions.
