• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel regularly between various district schools
• Ability to effectively collaborate with supervising PT, school staff, and special education teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist for students across the district
• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans, supporting therapy objectives to foster student mobility and independence
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment sessions and progress reports, following established district protocols
• Work closely with educational teams and attend IEP meetings as needed, ensuring that students’ therapy needs are integrated with their educational experiences
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and travel to different school sites, ensuring a responsive and comprehensive approach to student care
