In this role, you'll plan and lead fun, meaningful activities that keep our elderly residents engaged, active, and smiling. Each day as our Enrichment Assistant, you step into a lively and welcoming environment, ready to make a difference. You lead group activities, encourage residents to participate, and spark laughter and conversation throughout the day. Whether you're helping an elderly resident rediscover a favorite hobby, assisting with a friendly competition, or simply sharing a heartfelt chat, you bring warmth and connection to every moment. Your role is more than just a job-it's about creating joy, building friendships, and making our elderly residents feel valued every single day.
This Monday-Friday position is perfect for someone looking to build strong connections with our residents while keeping a consistent and predictable work schedule.
