We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Pay Range: $17.00-18.00/hourEssential Duties:Delivers and promotes prompt courteous and friendly service to all guests and employeesPerforms opening and/or closing duties as applicablePrepares all required itemsReports to Chef at the beginning of the shift for schedule of priorities that include varied activitiesSets up service units with needed itemsNotifies chef of any shortagesPractices cleanliness throughout the shiftSets-Up, maintains, and breaks down cook stationAdheres to health and safety standardsPrepares all menu items in accordance with established portions and presentation standardsCovers, dates and neatly stores all leftover products that are reusableReturns all unused food products to proper storage areasPlaces all soiled pots and pans in proper area for cleaningCleans workstationExperience:High School Diploma preferred. Culinary degree, vocational school or continuing training in the culinary field preferred. Must obtain any required local and state licenses or certifications.Prior experience working in the kitchen of a dining facility is requiredEnvironment:While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance.
