Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Analyst to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Kids Club ABA - VA in Arlington, Virginia. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies

• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records

• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions

• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices

• After school

• Day shift

• Evening shift

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed

• Weekends only

Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
