For more information about Modine, visit DescriptionThe Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established engineering and quality standards before reaching customers. This role conducts inspections, reviews technical documentation, and supports continuous improvement across production processes. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of quality principles within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming assessments on incoming materials.Reviewing plans, schedules, blueprints, and specifications to understand the design requirements of products.Ensuring that procedures are set to achieve quality standards.Performing detailed final inspections of products prior to shipment, including the documentation and reporting on non-conformances.Ensuring final products meet all engineering standards.Documenting inspection findings and completing reports and performance records.Ensuring quality control and technical standards are adhered to and performance metrics are met.Educating the production team on quality control processes, concerns, and standards of product quality.Required Education & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role. Ability to apply sound knowledge and best practices of quality principles. Dedication to continuous improvement. Proficient problem solving and critical decision-making skills.
