Service Manager

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill at customer sites while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations, lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products, and performing managerial duties.
