Location: San Jose, CA

Start Date: As soon as possible / upon credentialing

Duration: Permanent, full-time position

Shift: 24-hour in-house coverage

Hours/week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB-GYN (California license preferred)

Experience: 0+ years (new graduates eligible if certified/eligible)

Pay & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base salary (up to $328,320 FTE) plus bonus incentives

Hourly Pay: $190/hour for extra clinical hours

Additional Pay: Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, performance-based incentives

What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage
• Manage obstetric triage for unassigned patients and private requests
• Respond to high-acuity MFM patient transports (approx. 5-6/month)
• Assist in cesarean and gynecologic emergency procedures
• Conduct inpatient postpartum and antepartum rounds
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine team during shared rounds
• Support a high-volume environment with advanced neonatal and anesthesiology support

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB-GYN
• Valid California medical license (or eligible)
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary setting

Preferred:

• Experience in maternal-fetal medicine or hospitalist roles
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
