Angels Baseball & Softball Camps – Coach/Counselor Location: Anaheim and North Orange County, Orange County, Riverside County Compensation: $16.90 – $22.00/hour Schedule: Full time Job Type: Contract / Freelancer Industry: Education & Training About the Role Angels Summer Camps is looking for energetic, positive coaches who inspire youth to make good choices and be accountable. You provide leadership to help campers have a wonderful learning experience, leave with a love of the game, new friends, better baseball/softball skills, and an appreciation for personal accountability. Positions range from Coach to Site Director, catering to ages 4 through 13. Benefits Earn bonus pay for certain commitment levels. Eligible for free tickets to select Los Angeles Angels home games. Participate in an end‑of‑summer rally at Angels Stadium. Opportunity to work outdoors and connect with other full‑time staff. We Are Looking For Experience working with children ages 4–13. Experience coaching/playing baseball/softball at high school level or higher. Passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging, energetic way. Ability to connect with children one‑on‑one and in group settings. Strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude. Dependable and reliable; consistently punctual. Enjoy having fun! Core Responsibilities Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers. Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp. Execute Los Angeles Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily under the direction of the Site Director. Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games. Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from. Collaborate with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Angels Baseball Camps reputation. Qualifications Commit Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day; intended for a minimum 4–6 week commitment (July 6, 2026 – August 14, 2026). Reliable transportation to each site. Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening. Compensation Details Professional Educator: $22.00/hour (require at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or proof of teaching certification to qualify). Coach: $18.50/hour (require at least 2 years of professional coaching experience in baseball/softball or any sport). College Student/Recent Graduate: $17.27/hour. Camp Locations Irvine #J-18808-Ljbffr
