Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction. Document all interactions and maintain detailed customer records in the database. Follow up on customer inquiries and requests as needed. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
