Vice President, Direct Lending & Credit
Ares Management
Ares Management in Boston is seeking a Vice President to join our growing credit platform. The VP will work with partners and investment team on underwriting, executing, and negotiating private credit transactions, with a focus on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings. You will develop relationships with private equity sponsors and portfolio management, lead due diligence, and supervise junior team members, while presenting findings to internal committees and #J-18808-Ljbffr Ares Management
