You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. On occasion you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service. Salary and Schedule Details Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00- $15.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom training. Hallmark part‑time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity and minimum essential coverage (preventive care). Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Schedule Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours: 8-22 hours per week. Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required. Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Responsibilities Utilize a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology for daily tasks and communication with supervisor. Provide courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers. Perform holiday support during major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) with additional days and extended hours. May require working on the holidays themselves. Assist with department resets, installations, and merchant tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Notification two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends. Support the Hallmark field organization by collaborating with other merchandisers and supporting team members as needed. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job that requires moving, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Duties include kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders. Basic Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Readily operate a digital hand‑held device for accessing documents and interpreting information.
