Brand Partnerships & Creator Ops Intern — Fall 2026

ADMS Media Group is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Talent & Brand Partnerships Intern for the Fall 2026 semester to support the day-to-day operations of our talent management agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in influencer marketing, social media, entertainment, and digital media. The intern will assist with brand research, partnership outreach, creator organization, social media support, and a variety of general agency tasks. Because the creator economy moves quickly, no two weeks are exactly the same, offering valuable hands-on experience and insight into the fast-paced world of talent management and brand partnerships. Responsibilities Research brands and potential partnership opportunities for creators Help draft and organize outreach emails to brands and agencies Assist with keeping track of partnerships, creator info, and campaign organization Support social media and content-related tasks when needed Help put together creator one-pagers, media kits, and general materials Stay up to date on social media trends, creators, and brands Assist with miscellaneous agency and creative tasks as they come up Occasionally help during content shoots or creator-related projects Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture Interest in social media, entertainment, branding, or creator management Self-motivated and willing to learn Creative mindset with attention to detail This is an unpaid internship intended to provide hands-on industry experience.
