Sr. Clinical Specialist, CRM (De Moines, IA)

Abbott seeks a senior clinical specialist for cardiac rhythm management in Des Moines, providing comprehensive technical and clinical support to physicians and healthcare professionals. The role bridges the medical community and business, requiring expertise in arrhythmia management and cardiac pacing systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business on CRM matters
- Respond to field inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals on cardiac rhythm products
- Develop and deliver training sessions on CRM products to healthcare professionals
- Provide sales support including regional seminars, clinical studies, troubleshooting, and product in-service training
- Mentor less experienced clinical specialists and continuously develop technical knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
- 4+ years related experience or accredited cardiac training program certification
- Current CRM product certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and electrophysiology procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication with presentation and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software for materials development
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
