Salesforce Program Executive - Senior Director

Role Description

The Program Executive – Senior Director (Consumer Goods and/or Manufacturing) is a highly experienced program management executive. They lead a team of Program/Project managers tasked with delivery for our most complex, enterprise-level customers.

Your Impact

• Lead programs by achieving alignment on program scope, release planning, and business goals.
• Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile.
• Drive stakeholder meetings to help make key decisions and address program issues.
• Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders.
• Provide visibility to program status on an ongoing basis through push status reporting.
• Manage "program/feature" dependencies across multiple teams.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency.
• Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
• Operate as a catalyst within the organization to advance our Product & Technology strategy globally.

Responsibilities

• Fully allocated to a single high-stakes transformation program or a small handful of strategic accounts.
• Maintain a 78% utilization target.
• Own the end-to-end program P&L and executive client relationships.
• Bring strategic and tactical enterprise software project delivery experience.
• Provide senior-level consulting and counsel to client business and technology executives.
• Build strong executive-client relationships to resolve key issues.
• Align multi-cloud delivery best practices and resources.
• Oversight and mentorship of project leadership and practitioners.
• Define and manage program governance.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of large-scale programs.
• Track utilization of project resources against prioritization and budget.
• Lead scope changes and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities to demonstrate all Salesforce technologies.
• Accountable for all project deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• 10+ years experience with management consulting or consulting services.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills with direct responsibility for running project teams.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; good executive presence.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements and facilitate meetings with client executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Salesforce.com Certifications preferred.
