Role Description The Family Law Attorney role is a full-time hybrid position based in Orange, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing pleadings and motions. The attorney will conduct legal research, manage case strategy, participate in depositions, and represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, collaborating with support staff and colleagues, and ensuring all case activities comply with ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and demonstrated experience handling Legal Issues in a professional setting. Specialized knowledge and practical experience in Family Law, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters. Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions, with the ability to develop effective litigation and negotiation strategies. Experience conducting Depositions and preparing clients and witnesses for testimony. Active license to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and strong legal research abilities. Ability to manage a caseload independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
