Social Media & Market Research Specialist / Hybrid

We are looking for a Social Media & Market Research Specialist. This position is hybrid.

Job Summary: This position will serve in a multifaceted role to measure and support the varied and growing brands and service of East View Map Link marketing, but also serve as a social media, communications, and support resource for East View Geospatial and East View Information Services. The Social Media & Market Research Specialist will work in a centralized marketing team environment with a focus on reporting marketing related statistical analysis for East View Companies, copy writing for social media posts, weekly e-campaign communications, and contributing content for multiple websites. The position requires engagement at the corporate headquarters with the marketing team, but also at the East View Map Link location in Maple Plain, MN at least one day every two weeks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitors, analyzes, and reports on website traffic and user behavior patterns using Google Analytics 4 and other statistic platforms to identify growth opportunities and site performance.
• Creates, monitors, and reports on digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram, and X.
• Backup for triage of incoming sales leads and orders.
• Provides website analytics to increase awareness of emerging trends.
• Supports creation of new web pages on existing page updates.
• Develops and implements proper SEO tactics.

Quaifications:

• Associate's degree in Marketing & Sales, or equivalent, a minimum.
• Two + years of experience in Direct E-mail marketing and SEO & lead-generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Two + years of experience with website CMS systems (Shopify & WordPress)

• $52,000 - $75,000
