Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized sales experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as a top performer.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations showcasing Porsches unique features and performance.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Porsche Charlotte Northlake team to achieve dealership goals and maintain a premium brand image.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional in luxury automotive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Passion for automobiles and a deep appreciation for the Porsche brand.
- Strong character
- Uncompromising work ethic
- Team player who wants to grow
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and familiarity with Charlotte, NC market.
