HVAC Service Technician – Commercial Location: Glen Burnie, MD or Gaithersburg, MD Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $40–$50/hour + Overtime Opportunities About The Opportunity We’re hiring experienced and career-minded HVAC Service Technicians to support our commercial clients in Glen Burnie and Gaithersburg, MD. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, service, and repair medium to large commercial HVAC systems Work with rooftop units (RTUs), heat pumps, split systems, air handlers, and associated controls Perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and instruments Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC system components Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about service needs and recommendations Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations What You’ll Need Commercial HVAC service experience required Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems and controls Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required) Familiarity with OSHA safety standards High school diploma or GED Universal EPA certification (preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Top market hourly pay ($40–$50/hour), based on experience Overtime opportunities 401(k) plan with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off, holidays, and personal leave Career development, training, and growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee referral incentives A positive and supportive work environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
