Site Controller (Manufacturing | ASC 606 / Cost Accounting) Rockingham County, NH Overview We’re hiring a Site Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a manufacturing site, with a strong focus on cost accounting and ASC 606 (POC / over-time revenue recognition). This role partners closely with operations and program leadership to drive cost visibility, margin performance, and contract profitability in a regulated environment. What You’ll Do Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger Own cost accounting : Standard costing, inventory (WIP/FG), and variance analysis Product and contract margin analysis Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition : Percentage-of-completion (POC) / over-time recognition Cost-to-complete and project profitability Partner with operations to analyze costs and improve margins Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure audit readiness and strong internal controls Work within ERP systems (Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar) What We’re Looking For 8+ years of accounting experience, including Controller or plant-level leadership Strong manufacturing cost accounting (inventory, variances, absorption) Hands-on ASC 606 experience (POC / project-based revenue) Experience with job/project costing and contract profitability Gov’t contracting (FAR/CAS/DCAA) is a plus Why This Role High visibility with site and operations leadership Strong mix of accounting + operational finance Opportunity to impact cost structure and profitability #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor Hodson Staffing
