Position Highlights

• Perform in-depth patient evaluations, including physical exams and comprehensive medical history reviews
• Assist in evaluating and diagnosing surgical conditions by analyzing imaging tests and lab results
• Work directly with surgeons to craft and implement tailored surgical plans for patients
• Provide on-site support during surgeries, including room preparation, patient positioning, and instrument handling
• Offer exemplary pre- and post-operative care including administering medications, managing wounds, and planning patient discharges

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Previous experience with surgical rotations highly preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Mandatory BLS and ACLS certifications
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
