Please note this list is not all-inclusive, as well as exceptions to these rules may apply for certain departments.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe UNITY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is responsible for solicitation of casino players from segments selected by Player Development leadership. The Host will call , email or use other means of communication to directly invite qualified players to Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Hotel & Casino. Players will be made aware events, shows, available rooms and other qualified opportunities to visit Tampa. The Unity Account Executive will be able to explain the benefits of using our Unity Rewards program and sharing the value of always using their card. ResponsibilitiesAggressively and persistently make phone calls to assigned players using all available toolsInform guest of casino promotions and drive incremental tripsMarkets to the guest using the available guest offers and assists with booking hotel rooms and reservations for their assigned playersMaintains outstanding “data hygiene” and ensures that contact information on all assigned players is correct and up to dateDemonstrates exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interactionEnsure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accuratelyQualificationsMinimum 1 years of guest service experience or telemarketing experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferredMust have exceptional guest service skillsMust have the ability to resolve stressful situationsExperience in casino and/or hotel environment preferredProficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferredProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferredExperience in gaming machines and/or table games preferredMust be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer playMust conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and proceduresThe Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
