Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on equipment experience)

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available | Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment including sit-down counterbalance forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers, container trucks, and staging docks
• Transport raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished products throughout the facility
• Utilize RF scanners to log inventory movements, scan barcodes, and confirm order accuracy
• Stack, rack, organize, and stage materials at heights or in narrow aisles according to bin locations
• Perform pre-shift equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks required
• Forklift certification or prior workplace operator card preferred (on-site re-certification often provided)
• Ability to use RF scan guns and perform basic inventory counts accurately
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs periodically
• Strong commitment to warehouse safety protocols and spatial awareness
• Dependable attendance record and reliable transportation in St. Charles County
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
