Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, including familiarity with IEP planning and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive and motivating learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Consult regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with school and district policies
• Support students in achieving their academic, social, and personal best
