We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. If you’re passionate about customer service and have a proven track record in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you! Service Advisor Job Summary Greet customers and assess their vehicle issues. Explain necessary repairs and associated costs clearly and concisely. Schedule service appointments efficiently. Prepare accurate service estimates. Ensure timely and quality service delivery. Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed Manufacturer standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
