What You Will Do Run full SEO audits for client websites — find problems, build solutions, track results Do keyword research and build content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior Implement on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content optimization Handle technical SEO: site speed, schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, 301 redirects, crawl errors, and indexing issues Build and manage local SEO strategies: Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and location pages Execute link-building campaigns: outreach, link auditing, and building high-quality backlinks Write or optimize SEO content: blog posts, landing pages, and service pages that rank and convert Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve SEO workflows — from content ideation to keyword clustering to technical audits Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs Deliver clear performance reports to account managers and participate in client communication when needed Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO tools and methods Optimize for AI and LLM visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) as part of evolving search strategy What You Need 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, lead generation)

This is required. Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Discussed during screening. Time Off: 2 weeks paid time off + paid U.S. holidays Tools: Slack, Loom, Google Meet Equipment: You provide your own computer and internet Type: Contract or full-time, depending on your location Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
