THE ROLE & THE FIRM A well-established Manasquan, NJ firm with more than 100 years of combined attorney experience, known for representing carriers and policyholders in complex litigation. The team includes New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorneys - a distinction held by fewer than two percent of lawyers in the state, and several attorneys recognized by Super Lawyers. Their insurance defense practice spans car accidents, premises liability, defective products, and wrongful death claims, with a reputation for strategic trial readiness that shortens litigation life cycles and lowers indemnity spend, plus early investigations and fast liability, damages, and settlement analyses delivered within thirty days to keep reserves accurate. Every file gets partner-level oversight - so attorneys join a team where cases are staffed, not just assigned. This is a hybrid role for an attorney who wants strong, steady casework without the pressure of a strict billable requirement - while still being rewarded for it. There's no minimum billable hour requirement, but attorneys who bill in the 1,800–1,900 hour range are eligible for bonus compensation. It's a structure built for litigators who want autonomy, real cases, and upside for the work they put in.
