Hours: 7am - 4pm In-Person Location: CA469-Santa Monica-2900 31st Street Assignment Duration: 3 weeks to help with holiday events Resource's typical working day: On your feet most of the day Lifting, and moving tables and chairs Setting up event spaces Need to have a great attention to detail to make the event space look nice There will times when moving items from one building to another Years of Experience needed: Prior experience preferred, but not required Level of Education: H.S. Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: n/a Certifications/Licenses: n/a Top Must have Skills: Attention to detail Being able to lift 50lbs Top Nice to have Skills: Good communication Interview Process: 1 round, either phone call or virtual The person in this role be staging and setting up conference and event spaces, setting up office supplies, maintain professional appearance of the common areas and lifting up to 50 lbs. The person may also perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties. Work orders will be completed via computer and/or PDA. Other light duty tasks may be assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience preferably in a commercial building setting.
