About the Role H&M Sales Advisor – Philadelphia Premium Outlets. As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell our products, and offer support and guidance. Use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are the same.
