Job Description
Title: Program Manager - Medical Assistant

Schedule:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Work hours will range between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM with extended hours on certain days.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 14 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- Previous experience with EMR systems preferred.
- Must have relevant certifications and licenses as required for the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus.
- Support the delivery of high-quality care and assist in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction.
- Perform patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and communication with patients/families.
- Adapt to varying schedules and work beyond typical hours to ensure all patient visits are completed.

Compliance / Notes:
- RTO must be listed in the submission cover form for consideration.
- Medical and drug screens must be initiated within 72 hours of accepting the award.
