The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to assist companies in decision-making, planning, and performance management. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor internal financial controls and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CMA certification is required.
