Medical Assistant – Specialty Medicine

Work hours will range between 6:45am and 6:00pm, with extended hours until 8:00pm on Tuesdays. The Medical Assistant must be available to work until the Physician has completed all patient appointments.

This is a temp-to-hire position, with the option to convert to a full-time role after the contract period. Candidates must be able to reach the work location within 30 minutes or less.

18 months of Medical Assistant experience required. Previous experience with EPIC preferred. Candidates must bring their own stethoscope on the first day.

Assist the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus. Support the delivery of high-quality care and assist in meeting patient satisfaction and operational targets. Provide patient care through preparation, interviewing, and technical tasks. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care.
