Responsibilities PCPs are expected to: Treat a wide range of medical conditions and develop long-term, personal relationships with patients. Produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data and offer continuous support and health management advice. Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and optimal outcomes. Work with patients to focus on preventive care and education while leveraging value-based care initiatives. Note: No Obstetrics is required; clinic hours are Monday to Saturday (3 days a week / 12-hour days). Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required. Valid DEA required. Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency. Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
