Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflow documentation Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
