Job Title Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift / 13-Week Contract) Location Conroe, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed Emergency Department with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio Perform procedures including IV placement, blood draws, NIH stroke scale assessments, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps, cardiac monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Belmont Rapid Infusers Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, paramedics, and LVNs across night shift operations Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Current TNCC certification Preferred Experience / Skills ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification Experience with Meditech EMR Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and ability to function as a strong team player in a fast-paced emergency environment Why Join Us Work in a well-staffed, high-acuity Emergency Department with a supportive team environment and clearly defined patient ratios Gain valuable travel nursing experience in a dynamic ED setting with a projected start date in fall 2026 Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774234.
